  • In Memory of… When a loved one passes away, you want to do something to remember them for the impact they had in your life. There is no better way to do that than to give a gift to Mercy Ministries, where their life will continue to impact the lives of the young women who are walking through the process of transformation, from death to life.

    Mercy Ministries will send a card in memory of the loved one to a surviving relative or friend. We will also send you a gift receipt and a thank you letter.

  • Planned Giving: Do you want to give a gift other than cash that will continue to give to the future of Mercy Ministries? Planned giving includes gifts from wills, estates, insurance products, retirement accounts or trusts. Mercy Ministries can facilitate these types of gifts for you.   • Employer Matching of Gifts: Companies across the country are willing to partner with their employees in giving to nonprofit organizations like Mercy Ministries. Mercy Ministries is a 501(c)3 corporation which many employers are willing to support. If your employer has a matching gift program, you can increase the impact of your gift to Mercy Ministries by participating.

    Here is what you need to do:

    • Check with your employer’s Human Resources Department to see if they participate in a matching gifts program.
    • Ask them for the forms that Mercy Ministries needs to complete.
    • Make your donation online. Fill out the electronic form below.
    • Mail the form from your employer to the address below.
    • Mercy Ministries will complete the form and return it to your employer.

  • United Way Designated Funding If your employer encourages or requires participation in the United Way campaign, you can designate your gift for Mercy Ministries. Look for a “donor option” line on your giving campaign form and write in “Mercy Ministries.” You may need to include our address: PO Box 111060, Nashville, TN 37222-1060. Most local United Way programs allow donors to specify a charity other than one from their list of participants. We will receive a donation on behalf of you through your local United Way chapter.

  • Product Donations If you have something specific you would like to offer the residents, please let us know. For example, we have a group of hair stylists that come to Mercy to donate haircuts. Retailers have donated cooking classes, movie tickets, or other activities for the residents. These opportunities are limited due to the very busy schedule of the residents because while they are here in the program, their focus must be on their counseling and classes.

    Individuals may also donate the following products and materials from their own resources or from a product “drive.” All donated items are stored in our “Blessings Closet”, so that girls with little or no monetary support may have access to items that they need on a daily basis:

    • Toiletries (examples: soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, deodorant, face scrubs)Clothes and shoes (all sizes)*
    • Styling equipment (examples: straighteners, curling irons, blow dryers, new brushes)
    • Craft and art supplies (examples: scrapbooking materials, construction paper, stationary)
    • Cars (for our local graduates)
    • Baby Items

    * Due to young age of most of our residents, clothes that are current and youthful are appreciated.

  • Private Fundraisers: If you or your group is interested in partnering with Mercy Ministries in any capacity to help raise funds and awareness, you may download our Fundraising Kit. Fundraising for Mercy Ministries may only be done with the approval of Mercy Ministries. Mercy Ministries may also offer staff-assistance where organizational or publicity needs exist.
